I have to go to Qatart for a face-to-face interview. It is an engineering position and they already took my telephone interview. If anyone who has similar experience could you please tell me what they will do there.

They just ask you questions about yourself, skills, and professional competence. Make it an opportunity also for you to get to know the employer better, in the same way that they do during that interview.

They might have decided to offer you but they need to see and talk with you in face to face that is why they paid air fare and hotel and transporation arrange for interview.

If you didn't get this job, make it your self free holiday package.
