Well, RAWNAQ is a cheap place for such thing to look for, if you are looking for the plotter paper used for HP Design jet Plotters than, near Sofitel Signal opposite Badar Restaurant there is a big store for all office items you need (sorry I forgot the name of that store). 24” x 50m roll may cost you QR 20.
