Where can I rent a studio/room?

Hi, I'm looking for a studio/room to rent, as you might have for yoga, dance, etc. I'm a dance therapist by profession and am making use of my experience in business skills training to offer 'Communication Coaching' for private and professional people.
In my courses there is some talking and some moving around for role plays, etc., so I need a room that is big enough for ten people to move around in.
Ideally there would be a little office space attached to it, but that is not a priority. Priorities are: good atmosphere, easy to find location, clean, AC and electric sockets in the room.
