Which Degree Can Get Me a Job in Doha???

I am an Italian lady engaged to a Qatari citizen. I expect to get married and move to Doha in 2 years. In the meantime I want to start my universities studies in Italy, but it must be a degree that offers me future job opportunities in Qatar. I can't make up my mind on whether to choose a Bachelor in EUROPEAN LANGUAGES (English and French, besides Italian) or a Bachelor in EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION. I really have no aptitude for studies such as Business or Enginnering, although I know that these would get me a job much more easily, but I really am not cut out for them. It's either Languages or Education. I want to know what are my chances of finding a job with those degrees. Take into consideration that I do not speak Arabic. Can I work as a translator English-French-Italian, or as a teacher in American and British schools, or as a kindergarten teacher, or other jobs, without speaking Arabic ? Which is the best degree for me ? Thank you very much in advance.

I am not much sure about the other degrees but now a days Blackberry skills are more important for working ladies, as where ever I saw the ladies in the offices, they are busy with the blackberry. They don't care about the customer care or their responsibilities. Even there are dozens of people in the queue waiting to get their urgent jobs done.

I think child care is good as if you don't get a job which a rare chance you can open your own baby sitter and people here are busy enough to drop their children babies there , the business has good scope.
