With a distinctive fish market within the restaurant, guests can explore and handpick from a selection of fresh fish, seafood and colourful variety of vegetables to custom-make their own dishes or create new recipes with Chef Liakouris and his culinary brigade.

“My inspiration stems from Hippocrates’ philosophy: Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food,” says Chef Evangelos.

This is testament to his passion and cooking philosophy that recognizes the value of eating well and the potential of certain foods for good health. “Every day, we focus on a healthy Ikarian diet in order to create the ultimate taste that is perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients using the best of the Mediterranean flavors with an innovative presentation”.

To complete the refreshed experience, Al Dana Restaurant & C-Lounge has recently unveiled a modern identity through a newly designed brand logo that incorporates creative blue wave elements combined with a focal image of the Pearl, signifying ‘Dana’, which means pearl in Arabic.

• C-Lounge by Al Dana / Guests will enjoy Al Dana’s vibrant outdoor hot spot extension, C-Lounge that offers guests with a relaxed atmosphere to stargaze and start the evening.
