I'm seeking a hassle free pre-paid credit card where you go to the bank deposit xx amount and can spend off the card until the funds are depleted, plus you can recharge by making deposits.

Do not want to deposit my salary, get NOC from sponsors - trying to keep it simple.

Suggestions and recommendations appreciated.

You can try Doha Bank; they provide Dream Visa Card, without annual fees.

They will hold 1.2 times the CC limit amount that you choose.

QNB wanted 1.5 the amount if I remember right, and have annual fees on their credit cards. Not sure about other banks.
