Numbers for Hr in Doha Bank, or contacts

My wife is a former financial planning advisor, living in Qatar under my sponsorship. She is interested in working with Doha Bank but she does not believe in on line application forms, so I am interested in finding a direct contact with the Hr, she can go and leave her cv and talk personally.
Any help would be highly appreciated
My wife has applied in some banks in Qatar. She is based in Chennai working for cognizant. I have also sent emails to these banks but no response. Will it help if i go speak to hr personally? Are there any walk in interviews for any bank in mid January?
There is box kept in the front of HR for this purpose in the Doha Administration building in Bank Street Road. HR is in the Third floor. Best of luck
