Private Business Taxation Process

Good day Nation,

My question is as follows:

Im currently responsible for handling in the end of the year statments. We submitted the statment of two years (We were late on the first) to the Public Revenue and Taxes Department.

However we have not heard any response from them for any late fees dividends or penalizes.

Can someone kindly guide me through the procedure.
