I have a friend who is having a problem right now,he supposed to attend his court hearing regarding to his bank problem, he tought it would be on january but when he check the paper it should be today.Can he go there and ask for another schedule?

because right now he is on duty,and no chance for him to go there.Only we want to know if its possible for him to ask for a new schedule for it.Thank you.
