Actually Tanks for all the ideas, but unfortunately my hotel doesn't encourage staff for a simple advance from our salary so they do not never grant permission for a loan of this below amount,

But for surely i will try with Mashreq bank, if possible with my documents b'coz my salary goes to commercial bank.

go to your company CEO and give him all the copies of documents you mentioned as a guarantee... maybe you can convince him to lend you that amount of money by giving him just a COPY only and not the ORIGINAL documents...
