Familiar with routing protocols RIP, OSPF and EIGRP.
Good knowledge of configuring Switches which includes VLAN, STP, VTP.
Knowledge of NAT, PAT, Point-Point Protocol, PAP, CHAP authentications.
Familiar with DSL technologies ADSL, SDSL and IDSL.
Knowledge of firewalls, routers, ACL, subnetting and ip4 addressing.Operating Systems: Windows 7, Vista/NT/2000/XP, Windows 95/98/ME and MS-DOS.
Familiar with MS Office tools like MS Word, Ms Excel.
Excellent knowledge in Computer & laptops assembling and disassembling.
Hardware knowledge – Installation, formatting, partitioning, troubleshooting etc.
Well known in BIOS flashing, Update, File Recovery, Disk partitioning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
