Description
- Coordination with the following project Specification, IFC, shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submittals, approved materials, materials inspection, method statements, installation on site, BOQ, RFI, and commissioning & testing, etc.
- Supervision in Installation of Fire Protection System, sprinkler, fire hose, stand pipe, clean agent/FM200 and testing and commissioning.
- Supervision in Installation Ducts, FAHU ,AHU, CRAC, PEU, FCU, Chilled Water Pipe, copper pipe welding, HDPE pipe, PVC pipe and hydro testing and commissioning.
- Supervision in installation of plumbing, irrigation, waste water treatment and drainage System testing and commissioning.
- Prepare installation materials take–off for site execution.
- Monitor material delivery and coordinate for material delivery on-site inspection.
- Supervise daily manpower activities
- Conduct work training and safety training
- Prepare progress daily and weekly reports and project key performance index.
- Report to the immediate superior/project manager in daily basis.
- Supervision and monitoring material, power tools and mechanical equipment.
- Supervision on MEP operation and facilities for fire protection system, HVAC system and plumbing system.
