about get release get the realse while company hand over passport or papers to police

if there's any chance to get release if the company hand over the passport and other papers to cid or police about leaving the company without informed. i came to know if have new sponsor he can go to police and get the release while paying 6500qr to police is that sure? can any one give me full advised. because one of my best friend suffering from this problem
if you left your sponser with a crime or you done some thing wrong serious, you can't change. But your old sponsor just filed a run away without criminal complaint you can get sponsorship transfer to new one must be present there.
