Hi All,

i have been offered a position in Doha recently. As part of my package I was offered QAR 8K allowance towards my housing or a suitable accommodation provided by the company. Looking into the current scenarious in Doha, which option would you guys recommened?

The company offered me 2 bedroom fully furinished apartment in the heart of the city.

Allowance sounds better..Rents have fallen down a bit here..You can get a decent/furnished accomodation as told by fellow QLers..

Take the allowance, as you can get a fully funished 2 Bed Room flat in the heart of Doha at 5500 to 7500(3 BR and high luxury).

it depends , like how u plan ur living, if u are single or even family, u can get apartments from qar5000,or u can lead a good living thr by avoiding initial cost for furnishing.
