Advice regarding Job Hunting for entry level job seekers

Guyz! I am an Electronic Engineer from Karachi, Pakistan and i've been in Qatar since more than 3 weeks searching for an adequate job.

I have experienced that searching online and droping CVs on websites of companies including QAPCO, QAFCO, Al Jazeera, Qatar Airways etc is all useless. Two things: either they have some Oracle software or something like that, that prompts one or another error while filling the form or submitting it so there's always some issue with that and even when you upload the CV, receive acknowledgement email and all, still they never reply even after ages.

What you people suggest should be the most appropriate way to go about JOB HUNTING ?

Your kind response will be highly appreciated.
