Advice on Tenancy certificate

I have planned to bring my family here for visit and to perform Umra. Does any body know that tenancy certificate duly varified by Baldia is also necessary for visit visa? My employer is demanding that to issue NOC for visit visa.

You will need a tenancy certificate, no need of it to be attested by baladiya as it is only a visit visa. It is only for an RP the tenancy certificate/job contract needs to be baladiya attested.

Unusual. For a permanent visa it may be a requirement but I am not sure for a visit visa. Couple of years back my family was here on visit visa and I don't recall being asked for a tenancy certificate. Possibly, rules may have changed since then.
