Hi Everyone,

I'am looking for advise regarding human rights on NOC.

I am currently employed in one of the private company here in Doha. and unfortunately i was hired after the day i arrive as a tourist of this company, due to lack of information of what is a good salary here that day i was able to sign my 2 yrs contract, which is lately i found out that the stand of my salary is just like of the trailer driver. in regardless to my qualification and experiences i still serve and even beyond to my position but after a year of my service still there is no updation aa i am expecting, so i realize that due to difficulties in life i have to find a way to counter my needs for the future of my 5 kidz, alhamdurilla i got an offer from QP which is all benefits could lead to a better life. but unfortunately even i express all difficulites still my company dont want to give me NOC.

1.My question is do i have the right to counter consideringly i am a local hire?

2. Can I demand my NOC after i finished my contract and come again as soon as possible?

Please HELP ME I need your comment.

I presume that you are no more on tourist visa.

If you are on working visa provided by your sponsor and you ant to leave this job to join another company in Qatar then you have to seek for NOC(release letter) from your current sponsor. Otherwise you can not enter Qatar on work visa provided by other company.

For further info please consult legeal advisor of The Gulf Times for free consultation.

Thanks
