I am having bad experience with Al-Sadd Exchange WLL with Telegraphic Transfer (TT) 10 days same response "we will check & get back " but no feedback yet.

If we have a bad experience with Money Changer is there any reliable Authority that we can lodge our complaints against them?

Yes. Customer Protection Qatar Central Bank can solve your problem.I got bad experienced similar like you, and they solved my issue with one exchange within 2 day. and I very satisfied with people from QCB to handle situation.Here their website http://www.qcb.gov.qa/English/ConsumerRelations/Pages/Overview.aspx
