I'm looking to get a Filming degree in Doha, so far I only found Northwesten Univ. in Qatar which is so expensive.

Besides NU-Q, any other University in Qatar where I can get a Degree in Filming/Communication Program at a lighter/more affordable tuition?

Any response will be much appreciated.

Unfortunately, the market is too small to have more than one film program. Try NU-Q. There may be some good scholarships available. Working for someone in the industry is also good and there are tons of free courseware/video online. coursera.org is a large one. Good luck.

My honest opinion is to do self taught, you can hire a really professional tutor for a fraction of the price to teach you all the basics. This should take anywhere from 6 months - year, then you can go do an internship at one of these filming institutes, they're eager for raw talent.
