Any way to reduce QAR 7700 traffic fines?

I have a total of 7,700 QAR fines for my car...

One is for a red signal that is 6,000 QAR and the other one is for tinting both front passengers windows 1,000 QAR and one for 700 QAR for speeding...

Any ways to reduce the fine? Anyone has any personal experience or can help me?

this might sound harsh but first thing you should do is change your attitude in driving... be safe...
