any1 could give me advise??

my company is under renovation, and we are still working in the reception area. and the problem is while it's under construction too much dust is coming out and the a/c is on of course since its too hot.. then i ask my boss i will go out early since i just get well from flu and upper tract infection. then my boss told me that what can i do?? we are renovating the office. is this the right answer?? i am wondering why they don't plan it well, i mean if they want to make the office new they should provide temporary location or office so it would not conflict our work and what thy are doing now can cause health problem.. and some customer will come will also complain because of the dust.. and the second one is they renovate our accommodation last week but until now it's not yet finish and they did not provide us temporary place to sleep and rest. now it cost me a lot, since i rent a room with my own money and transportation going to the office. i travel 4x a day going and coming since our working hours is 8-12:30 then 4-8:30pm. its really unfair and not good treatment to us.. i need to give them lesson to learn, but what is the best to do regarding this matter? and where to go??
