In some countries even those not affiliated to christanity, allow there employees who are paid time off to celerbrate there special time.... Does this or is this allowed / happing in Qatar

Many employees are sympathetic. Like during the last World Cup semi-final cricket match between India and Pakistan. Many in Doha were allowed to go home early, though privately their employers must have thought they were all crazy.
