I have tried calling QTEL 111 number and always it says " all circuits on this route are busy " . Is there any other way to contact QTEL customer support for technical issues related to Internet ?

Try to call them between 7.30 and 8.00 in the morning when most of the customers are still sleeping or busy in getting ready to go to their work place.

If find it again difficult then send an e-mail to the customer support with all the details including your contact number. They will get back to you within two days.

Best time to call is in the Evening! In the day they are sleeping!

Another option is to go to the Qtel Customer Service Centers and personally file the complaint. Come early so you will be the first customer and for sure you will get their attention. Then get the complaint no. and call them every other day.....good luck
