Can my company cancel my RP while I am on vacation?

I am not on very good terms with my company. I am planning to travel this summer and they booked a return ticket for me. Can my company cancel me while I am on vacation?
If yes, how will I know?
Also, I have a personal loan from a bank here, so how will that work out?
Please help me!

I worry that they cancel me, cancel my return ticket...
But at least I will know if I am cancelled in my country and not be hostage in Doha airport!
Of course I will be blacklisted if I do not cover my loan...but I didnt ask for this...

Yes anytime , even your return ticket they can cancel , you can't board the airplane in your country...
you can check your id validity in moi.gov.qa.. check it. if it is cancelled then it wont display.
if your company had booked the ticket then y ur worried
