COMPANY VISA - PAID BY AN EMPLOYEE, WILL THEY GIVE RELEASE?

A friend of mine working in a company. He is now under the sponsorship of the company but he is paying for his Working visa everymonth through monthly deduction of his salary. He is planning to resign since his boss is always give him some slap, punch in his back and a kick without any reason, maybe his boss have too much pressure on his mind with there projects and put it to my friends head without any reason.... and my question is, Will they give any NOC for him? he is working around 3 Months in the company. He decided to go for resign.

NOTE: His boss is the ownner of the company.

Please kindly help me with this regards QLr's. I need some of your opinion or ideas.

first thing your friend's boss has no right to physically abuse him. if this is really the case, your friend should file a police complaint immediately.secondly, NOC is the sole descrition of the employer. moreover why will he give him a release when he is earning money from him every month ???
