At this time of the day in Ramadan Muslim women are busy with their Iftars and non muslim women do not prefer to go out of their homes. And who dares to face the scorching heat during day time wandering here and there on the streets.

not only women, nobody walks in the streets in Doha. Especially in the middle of July. There is no reason to walk..

- It is too hot outside in the middle of the day to be on the streets unless your job demands so.
-Women are not into jobs which require working in sun like construction or cleaning the streets or watering the green patches.
