No problem for renew driving license. because if you have came with the same passport ,your id number will be same...and to buy car no need to have driving llicense, be happy . just go to traffic department and give them your old licence and 250 at the same time you will get license....

riksiki , go for used one , 2 - 3 years old would be fine , you would save a lot of money.

6)Copy of Old Labor Contract.

7)Three Copy of new labor contract for the new profession(Sign and stamp by company).

8)Municipality copy of company-Trading License.

9)CR Copy of company.

10)Electricity bill of company.

11)Bank Statement - 6 Month

From my knowledge, yes he can. He just need to acquire a special letter from his current employer that states his real profession and compensation, and yes he can also apply to change his visa profession status through his own expenses. His employer should know about that.
