Qatar has no their own Accounting Body to govern the audit practice in this country. That means whoever qualified to practice then allowed to practice here in Qatar. This covers CPA America, CA England, Malaysia, etc.
Still the requirement of Qatari Law is to have a local sponsor being part of the business. This local sponsor however needless to be in the office even 1 hour as long as he willing to ink some documents especially pertaining to Qatari Laws requirements, etc.
