im in a husband visit visa, and i already consumed the 6 months period of my stay here, my company is finding a hard time processing my visa, can i just ask, what is the time interval for re-applying a husband visit visa?
First of all let us hope that you get a permanent visa of your husband (as that's the best solution ever). If not, then you need to wait for 3 months until your husband applies again for visit. Or if you do have any relationships in the government, that would be far better as they can proceed the visa for you anytime. I had this issue in June 2007 and I was told that the minimum gap for re-applying was three months.. not sure what the regulation is now, it's always fluid..
