Hello,

I'm renting at Al Rayyan building in Al Sadd, and "the security" guys at the reception keep testing the fire alarm at odd hours without notifying us.

We had an actual fire, two months ago, and we thought they were testing the fire alarm.

Do you know how, if it's even possible here, I could complain to someone official? I tried calling the 999 number but that didn't help much.
