Just i plan to start a New Grocery in Doha ,
But initally what are all requirements
How about Sponcer ? who ?
How about intial cost ?
Shop setup how is it ?
How to get the permission of Municipality need ?
If any other important please give me details

Grocery store is a good idea.....especially if you can arrange to do home delivery!
I guess QL can provide you with a Sponsor, if you search....rest of the answer is a little difficult and can only be answered by people who are in the business......usually these guys are reluctant to give out tips as it would affect their business.
Honest advice my friend! There's a lot of grocery, commissaries, supermarkets & hypermarkets all over Qatar. Do business which you are familiar with all the formalities, "in & outs", and which you are happy doing. Save your money at this time, wait for sometime. All businesses are affected with this global crisis, customers are hesitant to spend. You'll have your time, trust me!!!
