I bought Hala Prepaid card almost a year ago, at that time the "deposit" was QR200. Only a few month later it was changed to QR50.

I was wondering, for those who opted to disconnect this service, does Qtel refund back the money?

Has anybody tried and succedd?

My advice is don't rely on Qtel for a single thing. Useless clowns the lot of em.
