help me about visa changing proceedure

hi i arrived doha on 19 of November 2012 and it's a work visa (free visa) now i am planing to leave my current company because i found a high salary job and planing to join with new company. i did not go to medical and finger print so far and same time i am completing 3 month (from the date of arrived)on 19 of February 2013.
the temporary visa/arrival visa (my current company which is issued to come here)is issued on 28 of september 2012 and before entry date is 28 march 2013
my question is if i go exit to my country from my current company do i have to wait to comeback untill 28 of march?? or can i come back before 28 march???

did u change ur sponser ship to the company you work currently? even u changed but not fingure and medical not finsh, u can be be able to join anothere company with ur just passport coppy.but im not sure about u have to go ur your country and comeback to join ur new company or u can join without going ur company,this is doubt, but if u went ur contry u can come back after a day bcos u r not stamped visa aslo u cant be cencelled too,this is sure. same case happened to me,but u have to settle fine 10 Qr perday from expiry of ur visa when u leave contry.
i faced same problem here,also my sponsership changed,but no fingure and medical,but same time when i here my new comapany applied for my visa just with my passport coppy,but my i went to country and came with new compnay visa,(but im not sure its mandatory or not to go country) also i settled 2 months fine 10 Qr per day
