Today I went to one HC, Now HMC does not receive cash. They need bank card for pay money. I saw one HMC staff gives card to the labours and collect QR 5 from each.I witness more than 50 people used his card within one hour.

how these so called powerful nations became rich now? They exploited other nations in the past and looted their wealth. Now, they are talking about exploitation in India. Shame of you guys....

Since everywhere it is electronic system most of the poor people do not have visa card. In traffic department itself  some people instruct us to approch the tea boys if we do not have visa card. they charge only a small fee of QR.5/- not only that in some accident case they use to sell the stamp by charging double price. Aren't they help us? or else what we will do without a visa card?. This is an additional income to some of the hmc staff and traffic staff. Poor workers what else they can do?

i understand this kind of scenario happening in the case of a labourer, what about the others - u could use a bank debit card with a VISA or MASTERCARD logo. The electronic payment system has been in place for quite a long time.

I find it funny.

I had to pay Qr. 4.00 for my cough syrup at the PHC last week.

I appreciate the Govt, providing us free check up and subsidised medicine.  but paying Qr.4.00 by credit card and if i do not have a credit card, i would be paying Qr.9.00 for the same (ie: Qr. 4 for the medicine and Qr.5 for the use of someone elses card).

Thats life.

Such petty exploitation is common in India. It seems that through the ill thought out policies of HMC this disease is now thriving in Qatar too.

what you have seen is only the tip of an iceberg. The staff sell telephone cards, toys, cosmetics and so many during their duty hours.
