have a lot of ways to browes the site which is blocked by Qtel.

1. google Cached. check this example.

Normal : http://www.atproxy.net/

Cached. : http://74.125.77.132/search?q=cache:BkkSQQwa1OMJ:www.atproxy.net

but google cached never show the pictures.

2. use can use proxybrowser such "http://kallahar.com/smallprojects/browser.php"

3. you can use proxy software such "invisible browsing" but most of freeware are too slow.

4. its a great idea. buy a proxy software with original lic. it wil work properly.

and have a lot of ways to avoid the qtel.

I would say Darude answer is rather childish. lolz...

Qtel if wanted can trace IP and can give you a visit and its quite possible but practically is very difficult and way to expensive. This does not mean they can not do monitoring but what I meant to say is that its not that practical (extensive monitoring).

You can try to excess any website and you will never see any one knocking your door. Legally its prohibited in Qatar by Qtel. Qtel is spending millions of dollars worth of equipment to block adult contents.

Have you ever listen someone put in jail coz he typed xyz.com and you will not listen someone got deported either. And government of Qatar is also not interested to lash your bums also lolz....

Peace.

no you cant

Qtel traces ip who open those sites and then get them in jail and lash their bums and then kick deport them out of Qatar.

be nice you boy.
