Hello freinds,

last may i have given 12 cheque's to our building owener agent (Masree's) and for the last last six months it has been cleared. however the real qatari owenr came last week and ask to bring the agreement copy, and i provided the same,,, after going through that agreement he says that all your cheques are coming to me.. becasue u made the agreement on that agent.

and now he is asking to cancel the cheques and pay rent by cash to him, accordingly i approched to Mashriq bank and they and they said they required police complaint and i went to police and they are re-directing to court.

now, i am in very critical situvation, please advice me...

why to go for all this .. just collect those 6 cheques from the person you gave or the agent , and pay cash after it .

my friend go to al-sadd court - tenancy disputes dept. and get letter from them and then to your bank to stop the cheaque at the time of clearing
