Just make a tenancy contract for flat which is fully furnished you don't need to buy these stuffs , only the lap top you have to buy out of this.

The above website give the prices in UAE. The prices are almost the same in Qatar (it is not exactly the same) . Just to give you a feel of it !
It depends on the brands and type of appliance you wish to purchase....
You can go to Jarir bookstore for laptops and you can also check the weekly promotion of Carrefour and Lulu as they advertise these kind of products from time to time....
My suggestion is that when you arrive here, look for an accommodation that's fully furnished... easier for you.
