a stand alone villa in those area would be 10,000 especially with what she's looking for.
Actually, we had promoted a 2 BR semi-furnished stand alone villas.
4 units gone in one week....

rent for Villas starts from 7000 onwards, if you go in Khor or Ummsalal you will not get anything for 3000 QAR. I dont remember anything available in 1980's

stupid of course..same person asked also for transport 6 days a week from madinat khalifa to industrial area 2 times a day for 300 per mopnth maximum...how selfish and stupid someone can be...i dont know is that a joke or this people live in their own world...
