Go for Medical and Fingure Print Test, after that get a stamp from Immigration because your family is staying here itself on visit visa.

After that fill the application form with photo attested, once you submit this immediately you will get the ID.

Here is what I did go to the medical commision and get the medical done again probably they wont be subjected to the tests again but to get a new reciept you will have to pay again then wait for 36hrs ask your company PRO to fill the finger printing form for each member of the house then go to CID Bu Samra road and get thier finger printing done after this is updated in the computers go to the main immigration and along with orignal passports and get it stamped and get the pataka made.

Hope this helps
