I read alot hear in qatarliving and there many issue and problem regarding resignation one of that is there sponsor not approving there resignation. i am afraid to have the same problem, and i heared that also my boss is like that. and one another problem that we would really pay the visa after we resign. is that rigth? merely for now im just planning and i really need advice.. thanks to all
i will send u private message
certified BisDak: kabayan maraming salamat po: isang tanung nalang po if ever i go back sa pinas anung agency po ng goverment natin yung pede kong lapitan para sa kaso ko po.. pasensya n po ah kase po firstimer lang po ako kaya nalilito pa.
Slaash: thank you also, thats very nice of you. actually im not the only one resigning this January all the Filipino staff here.
concrning the issue of the sponsor not approving ur resignation, as far as i know its in the qatari law when u resign and give one month notice, ur sponsor is obliged to accept but please refer to qatari law to be sure, and for paying for the visa it depend on ur contract with ur company, read ur contract and hopefully u will find the answer... goodluck
usually Kabayan if you are hired from the Philippines through agency, ur company paid ur ticket, ur visa plus they pay the agency at least 200 US$...so if u resign not finishing ur contract esp that short period of time, most companies will let u pay back what they spent for u.....
its better if u resign within the probationary period because the agency back in the Philippines will be responsible for u....
