I have deposited QR 2000/- when I got new connection in June 2003. I lost the original payment slip towards deposit.

Kindly advise what are the formalities to get reimbursement?

If orignal slip is lost, is it easy to get or will be a nightmare.

I wish if some one who had undergone the same could advise me abt their experience and formalities.

no need Kahrama deposit slip for cancel the connection & there is common application form, just fill up and u get back ur 2000
