Good Day To All;

My officemate an Indian Kerela has been in hamad hospital for 2 months now, he suffered STROKE (heart attacked & hypertension), he can't talk and can't move due to brain damaged. The family decided to bring him back in Kerla but unfortunately they dont have sufficient money, and our office contributions is not enough to support the expenses... I am kneeling-down who can read this message to please extend your help in any amount. The patient is located in hamad hospital 3rd floor room 353 or you may contact Mr. Ashok mobile # 55259448. Thank you and may Godbless you more...

Without putting slightest of effort in exploring available solutions to the problem on hand, this approach (aka cyber begging) is outright disgusting and must be strongly discouraged. Such people are not only falling from their own grace but bringing bad name to their fellow countrymen for no fault of their own.And yes, people who find this condemnation uncomfortable are likely to belong to this class themselves.

The pledge even not in a right mode but it does not mean that to be criticized.  If u can help - please do it other wise i think we better ignore rather than make it any wrong statements.

Looks like people making the maximum  use of modern technology for a wider reach. Why go to the normal places to beg when you can sit down at home and just put the appeal or ad  in QL. This  guy seems to be very particular of letting everyone know  of being  Indian from Kerala. Its suprising that  he did not publish his appeal in Malyalam out here

I wonder how some people resort to things like donation, help, begging at the drop of a hat. Instead of discussing the matter for a solution on this forum, the OP straight away started asking for money.As LP said this is the responsibility of his sponsor for which no collection, no donation and no kneeling down is required. If you are really being so kind to your office mate and willing to help him out, go to see his sponsor.And for God's sake, in cases like these spare the rest of India, Just say KERALA.

Don't let the employer off the hook, as this is their responsibility.  Usually they keep quiet when something like this happens because they don't want to bear the burden.  If your officemate has a legitimate contract with the employer, approach the human resource department since this matter falls under its scope of duty.
