Living expense in Doha

I have recently recived an offer from Doha for abt 18K. This is inclusive of evrything like Transport, HRA etc.

I am currently earning around 1L per month in India. I also have a school going kid. Please advise on the salary and the living expense in DOHA and is it worth taking the offer.

You will be crazy to leave your 1L package per month back home and coming here to earn little extra.

Not worth dude. Leaving back your friends and family.

Cannot tell you unless we know your qualification and experience in your profession !!

On a comparison with what you earn in India, its not bad in terms of saving potential, assuming the 1L is before taxes.

a comfortable amount is 20,000 month as i assume you would like to come and work and save as much money as possible. not just get buy
