I need to buy a canon SLR online but most of the sites don't ship to Qatar, if anyone amongst you ordered something electronic online would you be kind enough to suggest if it is a good idea to do so and where can i find someone who will ship here to Qatar.

Thank u everyone for all the info u have given me, am sure to follow atleast one persons advice, and amazon does not ship here to qatar, tied it but the refuse to ship.

Why buy online if it's available in the market? There's this shop in Salam where they sell Canon SLR. but then, if you really wish to buy online, try amazon or ebay.

We bought a Canon digital camera from a shop in New York in 2006 online. They shipped it here in 7 days. I think the shop was BHP Photovideo. It was a problem free transaction.

U can very much shop at AMAZON.com and certainly get ur goods out here in Qatar. I order all my DVD's and couple of times electronic items from amazon. There r two types, amazon US & amazon UK... compare the price and happy shopping...!!!
