NEED HELP!!!

I'm canceled but my boss doesn't want me to go home. I paid my ticket, my cancellation fee and advertisement on my own money from my salary last may. My flight should be on the 25th of july but they hold it because they want to handover my work to them and they are on the vacation. I handover everything to my co-worker and i'm not going to work for 2 weeks because they will not give me salary for this month.
we discuss before they left for vacation that they i need to handover everything to my co-worker and finish i can go home.
but they changed their mind just yesterday, 4 days before my flight.
I want to go home..
where can i seek help and im afraid because my boss are sheik and sheika...
Really I feel pity for your situation.
Its not too late, take the matter to your immediate office manager or PRO, if all in vain, approach your
embassy to help and to protect you.
Dont worry, Qatar has a reasonably good hearted people
to come for your help.
