What if company dosent give NOC and resign from company. Can able to come on visit visa within week time.

You cannot come upto 2 years, after 2 years only it is possible.

Sorry my friend. You are unable to come back for a period of 2 years as per law. If you have NOC you can just exit and come back with time frame of 2 hours.

Without NOC you are not even able to come on business class visa.
