Hi all, I'm new in Qatar ( 2 months), so I'm planning to go see the pearl this Thursday afternoon with my wife and 10 months old daughter.
So I have couple of questions:
1- We can go to the pearl right?? and once we are there we can move around freely? I mean to explore the place
2-We are also looking for outdoor cafe/restaurant
Any suggestions ideas?
Thanx

1- Its open to you and your family but only the end nearest the entrance (as the rest is still a construction site)

2- There are many cafes next to the marina where you can get a cold drink or coffee. However there is only one (and expensive) restaurant - italian cusine caleed BICE

Ok here is the trick. Make sure you have a nice care and second when you approach the Pearl gate, just don't look at the them and go through. I think you will be OK if you are going with your family.. The car is very important.. They will not allow old cars in..:)
