pls advise me about my visa status
i am 1 year finished contract at my previous company and they said they well give me release or NOC but they well cancelled me as my 1 year contract finished with them.i asked them not to cancelled me but let me to transfer sponsorships.but they told me that the visa is non transferrable if i want to get a new job i must go out doha first and come back...please advice me what to do...
That mean you must start searching for new job! no problem if they cancel the old visa.if you dont find a new job quickly ,That mean yes you must go out from the country and come back after you find another job.

Visa is always transferable but i think your company doesn't want you to change sponsorship and work there, if you find a job you can ask your company for NOC, otherwise you or your new employer will have to arrange new visa for you and will have to leave country and come back
You need to speak to your new employer about transferring your visa to them.
