QTEL OR VODAPHONE?

Had many bad experienced with Qtel from Landline to Mobile. Lousy number offered and call cost rounded to nereast 1/2 or 1 min really not fair!

Thanks to Vodafone for offering competitive rate for international calls and free SMS and MMS over the weekend. Shameful for Qtel for offering cheaper rate for International call through Shahry @ 29 dirhams/min ONLY AFTER VODAFONE OFFERED their competitive rates.

Hope Vodaphone soon can improve their coverage and also go for mobile broadband.

MY CHOICE OF COURSE VODAFONE.

Nodoubt, VODAFONE will be no.1 as it has int'l market value and does know how to attract its customers

But folks, we shouldn't jump to conclusion so quickly as VODAFONE has to make it presence felt in coming months but i'm very sure that it will give very tough competition to QTEL

i do hope Qtel starts offering better rates soon. like... tomorrow.

That's the point of having more than one operator, customers will be the ultimate gainers out of this market competition.

Monopoly is not to serve anyone but the business owner.

Guys, they are networks. They are going to compete and they are going to always offer better deals.

It's like saying "I wont buy this laptop because a new one might come out".

Vodafone will always give special promotions that are unique and in my opinion Qtel will always be slightly behind. Never-the-less, this is great for us as consumers!

Why are people joining 'teams'. Who cares as long as customers get great deals right?

Look at Vodafone, .50 QR to any country in the world and a free sim!

Both sides are competing and we'll be the winners.

While in Doha, I would still be with Q-Tel, only a drastic benefit would make me re-think it.

I have been with Vodafone Egypt for more than 10 years, it has always offered far better services and coverage than Mobinil Egypt, in my experience.

I just got a vodaphone number and really struggle to get coverage. Also I had to get "permission" to send a text!!! And no multi media services which is crap because I have an iphone!!

Anyway that's competition in the market works..the more the supplier, the cheaper the price..NO MONOPOLY HERE.
