Hi all, can some kind personnel recommend me contact or link to real estate agents, i have a villa in ein khalid and want to rent it out at loss at short term or long term.
i am paying 18 k but could rent it at reasonable loss since i know market rates have come down....

if you are trying to rent your property and your lease is still valid, this is classed as sub-letting and is illegal unless you have written permission from the owner of the villa !
There is your first problem - going through and relying on a real estate agent here in Qatar. That is probably also the reason why you were played like a violin in
obtaining a villa in Ein Khalid of all places for 18000 QR which was Im sorry to say was very foolish of you to do. And here you ask the services of a real estate agent again. The same people who screwed you before. No agent here will raise a finger without something in return and you do not need to go through an agent. Agent is too good of a word as these are the individuals who are partially responsible for the scathing rape and extortion of tenants these last few years. I dont feel the least bit sympathy if every one of them closes their doors and forced to leave the country. Why dont you just put a little effort in your request and post on QL exactly what is offered. No need to go through an agent. No need to put money towards extortionists.
